For 30 years I have worked in some form of customer service. I have always been fascinated with real estate, and the more I learned about the mortgage industry the more I realized how much my background applied.

Going through the loan process can be overwhelming. I take pride in being transparent with my customers and helping them understand the process and guide them to the best options for their particular situation.

My goal is to have my customers be life-long customers. I’ve found that by providing them with the best service possible, I am able to achieve that goal. I am always willing to go the extra mile for my customers, and I make it a point to take the time to listen to their individual needs and concerns. Purchasing a home is a very serious and big deal, and I treat it that way. I am always available to my clients, including evenings and weekends.

What I love about my job is that I get the opportunity to be a part of one of the most exciting purchases my customers will ever make. I like being able to take a little stress off the customer by ensuring them their mortgage process is handled professionally and efficiently.
