Make an Offer
Once you've found a home you'd like to make an offer on, your realtor will guide you. Your offer will be based on property conditions, days on the market, & more.
When your offer's accepted, call your loan officer so they can add the property data to your application. They’ll also need a copy of the signed contract.
Once your offer is accepted, order a home inspection. After your inspection is complete & you're satisfied with the results, it's time to get the appraisal.
With inspections & appraisal complete, your file moves to the Processing Department for documentation, verification & on to Underwriting for approval.
The closing typically takes place at a title company. Once it's scheduled, call us so we can coordinate, answer your questions, & give you any instructions.
