Having come from a customer service background, putting the clients’ needs first is my top priority. I know what it’s like to have a million questions about something that is unfamiliar to me. In this way I am relatable to my clients which puts them at ease when we run down that list of questions they need answered about the mortgage process.
To some, challenges may sometimes seem intimidating. I on the other hand strive to face them head-on. That, in itself, is one of the main reasons I love originating mortgages for my clients. Empowering them to know as much about the loan programs as possible, by answering all of their questions and clearly walking them through every step during the process.
I appreciate the individual relationships I am able to develop with each of my clients. Home purchases or refinances can be stressful on some, and I like to create comfortability throughout the process. Seeing my clients achieve their long-term goals solidifies why I have grown to appreciate this industry so much.
